In September, Lindström launched a more cheerful and people-oriented brand that truly aligns with our strategic decisions for 2020.

Overall, the journey of creating a compelling brand story as a global team effort has been truly incredible. I am now extremely proud to say that our story is all about caring for people.

So what does caring for us mean? Simply put, we truly enjoy what we do every day. It’s about using our brains and hearts to take care of our customers; being really close to them, helping them smile and be calm so they can focus on what they do best. It’s also about caring for our employees; helping them be successful and grow within the company. It’s about introducing new things that will help us grow and keep us in the game.

It has always been important for us to grow together with our customers. To think and be inspired by new, even crazy ideas – and to try them out together. Today I am very happy to say that this journey and passion for innovation are also reflected in our brand – even stronger than before. Achieving an excellent experience from our services and supporting the future success of our customers means everything to us.

I believe that truly engaging with our customers and the markets we operate in requires not only passion, but also continuous learning about local cultures and people. It’s all about our integration into diverse business cultures, being truly “glocal”; blending global and local knowledge with the joy of learning and empowering local solutions. And I truly believe that’s what makes us different. We care!
