Sales Data Analyst, Regional Sales

Are you a new talent for the role of Sales Data Analyst and want to be part of an ambitious growth story in Lindström’s Central and Western Europe Region?

Your location can be in any of our operating countries in the region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Sweden or the UK). Your Key Contribution Areas

As our new Sales Data Analyst, you will have an impactful role in supporting new sales initiatives, creating better sales efficiency, and generating leads by taking advantage of your data and analytical expertise. In this role you will act as a business partner for your stakeholders by providing guidance and insights to help our sales teams achieve their targets. 

Your key responsibility areas will include:

  • Working with regional sales managers to develop and refine sales strategies based on data insights
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance metrics, and providing recommendations to improve processes and efficiency
  • Extracting, consolidating, and analyzing sales data from different sources to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Creating sales reports and dashboards, actively participating in data capability projects, and fostering a data-driven culture within the sales teams

What Helps You to Shine in This Role?

We are looking for an experienced and proactive data analyst with excellent problem-solving skills and solid experience in working with sales data in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate has strong communication and collaboration skills to utilize in multinational teamwork and cooperation with the relevant stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, we suggest you have:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics) and sales automation tools
  • Ability to work independently with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, data security and data privacy
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills
  • Experience from international matrix organization set-up
  • A bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing, Data Science, or related field

Your Key People

You will be part of Lindström’s Central and Western Europe region which includes Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Sweden and the UK. In addition to working with these country colleagues in your region, you will collaborate with many international stakeholders cross-functionally, particularly with sales and marketing colleagues. You will also work in very close collaboration with our Data & Analytics team.
