MKS Facade partner with Lindström for workwear service
MKS Facade, a leading manufacturer of aluminium structures in Ukraine, founded in 2013, employs over 50 skilled professionals. With its production facility near Lviv, a dedicated team, and an in-house design department, the company delivers a full cycle of aluminium structure production and installation, from windows and doors to ventilated facades, pergolas, and automated sun protection systems.
In August 2024, MKS Facade teamed up with Lindström to improve the management of workwear for their production staff. We spoke with Oleksandr Sapronov, Head of Production at MKS Facade, about the reasons behind the partnership and how things have changed since.
Why Lindström?
For MKS Facade, workwear is more than just daily clothing. It plays an important role in building the company’s brand, reflecting professionalism, earning customer trust, and strengthening their identity. Garments also need to be comfortable, breathable, and allow full freedom of movement, even in tough conditions.
What was workwear management like at MKS Facade before?
Before partnering with Lindström, MKS Facade managed workwear internally. “We used to buy garments mostly from local suppliers, and our choices were driven by availability and price,” Oleksandr shares. “Finding the right balance between quality, durability, and cost was tricky. Purchases were often made only when clothing needed to be replaced due to damage or wear.”
Maintaining garments was previously handled by the employees. Washing and small repairs were taken care of, while very worn or damaged items were replaced with new ones. This led to additional expenses and time.

How has Lindström’s service made a difference?
Lindström’s workwear service ensures that all garments meet industry regulations, safety standards, and technical requirements in both Ukraine and the EU, which is a key benefit. With Lindström managing the entire process, from supplying and maintaining to regularly replacing worn clothing, the company no longer has to worry about workwear logistics. The service takes care of washing and repairs, saving valuable time and resources that were previously spent on procurement and garment upkeep.
Lindström provides special lockers for storing clean workwear sets, which keeps things organised and convenient for employees. Collectors for dirty clothing allow for quick and easy exchanges. Staff don’t have to think twice about where to leave used garments: everything is clearly organised.
Thanks to this solution, every employee knows where to find a clean set of clothes and where to put used ones. The system works smoothly, which is especially important for large teams and demanding working environments.

The biggest benefit
For MKS Facade, the value of consistency and efficiency differentiates Lindström.
Regular maintenance keeps workwear clean and functional, which is critical when you’re working in environments where clothes get dirty fast. Good workwear isn’t just protective gear; it’s a tool that helps us work better and meet high standards.
Having an organised storage solution adds to the convenience, making Lindström’s service a comprehensive answer to their needs.
“We connected with Lindström based on recommendations from our partners. I’m confident that Lindström in Ukraine can always count on a positive recommendation from MKS Facade.”
