Ville Konsti to lead Lindström’s operations and supply chain as SVP and member of the GMT
We are pleased to announce Ville Konsti has been appointed Senior Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain and member of Lindström’s Group Management Team, effective 1 August 2025. He succeeds Theo Slegt, who will stay with Lindström until the end of 2025 to ensure a smooth transition and support key projects.
Ville brings extensive leadership experience in global operations, quality, and project management. He holds degrees in industrial engineering and economics, and before joining Lindström in March 2024, he held leadership roles at companies such as Fazer, a leading Nordic food company, and KONE, a global provider of elevator and escalator solutions.
In his new role, Ville will lead procurement and supply chain, operational excellence, QEHS, compliance, technology and concept development, as well as Lindström’s investment portfolio.
It feels that I’m now in the right place in my career. I see this role as a chance to continue growing and contributing in a meaningful way.
