Our Sustainability report 2024 is now available online – packed with our latest progress, actions and impact. The report reflects our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility. Throughout the year, we have made significant progress in key areas. Some of the key highlights from the past year include:
- We were awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, which placed us in the top 1% of over 130,000 companies evaluated by EcoVadis, highlighting our strong environmental, labour, and ethical performance.
- Our Voice of Employee survey saw an impressive 83% response rate, with our eNPS rising from 36 to 40, surpassing our 2025 target ahead of schedule.
- We conducted targeted DEI training, gathered employee feedback, and achieved an 87/100 DEI index score, with a goal of reaching 90 by 2030.
- Our updated customer satisfaction survey methodology yielded valuable insights, earning a score of 4.2/5.0 in customer satisfaction.
- A new partnership helped us increase our mat recycling rate from 24% to 69%. At the same time, 92% of our standard mat purchases now feature textile material made from 75% recycled fibres.
- Our greenhouse gas emissions dropped by 7%, aided by the switch to renewable diesel in Finland.
- We introduced a circular economy-based workwear rental concept in Vietnam. In addition, we partnered with ActionAid Vietnam to improve 5,000 school children’s access to clean water and hygiene knowledge.
- We earned three prestigious awards at the European Textile Service Association (ETSA) conference for CSR, Customer Experience, and Employer of the Year. Additionally, we started co-leading co-leading the Sustainability Work Group.
